SERVE YOUR COMMUNITY BY JOINING THE RED CROSS COMMUNITY
We thank you for your interest in assisting your community by becoming a Red Cross volunteer. It’s as easy as 1-2-3:

Step 1

ONLINE: look over the readiness review, and browse the New Volunteer Orientation. The online orientation is a convenient way for a prospective volunteer to learn more about the American Red Cross’s history, key programs and services. You can also download a printable application to fax or mail.

Step 2

FACE TO FACE: attend a one-hour group orientation and talk with a volunteer specialist who can help you determine the most fulfilling opportunities for you at the Red Cross.

Step 3

TRAIN & SERVE. Choose your assignment and/or enroll in applicable training.

Note: As part of the process, you will be asked to complete a basic criminal background check form provided by mybackgroundcheck.com.
