This year’s Candlelight Awards Ceremony took place on 
Sunday, May 31, 2009 at the Proud Bird Restaurant and Banquet Facility. Over 150 Red Cross volunteers and staff came to honor 35 Candlelight Award winners for their outstanding volunteer service with the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles. This year, all the districts came together to celebrate as one chapter and One Red Cross.
