American Red Cross President and CEO Gail McGovern met with Greater Los Angeles Red Cross donors, volunteers, employees and other Red Cross friends on Dec. 8 and 9 to outline her plans to weather the current economic storm, grow the Red Cross and keep it relevant. This was McGovern’s first visit to the Los Angeles chapter since talking the helm of the Red Cross a year and a half ago.
