DSHR Training Guides

Response Department Logo

Hello Emergency and Disaster Response team! Below you will find Training Guides for all Disaster Human Resources (DSHR) tracks.  Simply click on the training guide of your choice to download the guide.  If you would like to take classes please see the training calendar on the Emergency Services main page for a list of upcoming classes.  For details on the different DSHR tracks you may see the DSHR chart below.  We encourage new volunteers to take as many classes as possible.  The more classes you are exposed to, the easier it may be to know what volunteer career track you will like and be a good fit in.

There are four levels in the system: Service Associate (SA), Supervisor (SV) Manager (MN) and Administrator (AM)
