The American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles honored 35 outstanding volunteers during the annual Candlelight Awards ceremony on Sun., May 31, at the Proud Bird restaurant in Los Angeles. Representing the chapter’s seven district offices, volunteers were recognized for their service, dedication and contributions in promoting the mission of the American Red Cross. Volunteers also received pins recognizing their years of service to the Greater Los Angeles chapter in five -year increments. Barbara Wilks and Bill Frazer were the awardees for 35 years of service to the American Red Cross.
