Friday, March 13th, 2009A new, state-of-the-art Emergency Operations Center (EOC) located at the Greater Los Angeles headquarters in West Los Angeles is now operational and ready to be activated during major disasters. The EOC is the communications center where Red Cross leaders coordinate all disaster response activities.
