Goodwill Accepts Clothing, Household Items to Benefit Wildfire Victims

shelter_childAug. 31 — Goodwill is now accepting donations of used clothing and household items on behalf of Southern California wildfire victims who are being assisted by the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles. Donations will enable victims of the current wildfires to obtain free vouchers that can be redeemed at Goodwill’s retail stores.

To donate items for individuals affected by the wildfires, please go to any one of the Goodwill Southern California’s more than 100 locations located throughout Los Angeles (north of Rosecrans), Riverside and San Bernardino counties and specify that the donation is for Red Cross wildfire relief efforts. To locate the Goodwill drop-off location nearest to you, please call (888) 4-GOODWILL or visit http://www.goodwillsocal.org/. Goodwill cannot accept food or water.
